Emilia Rantalaiho
Head of Finance and HR
Emilia Rantalaiho started as Head of Finance and HR at TSC in August 2022 (parental leave substitute until August 2023). Before joining TSC, Rantalaiho acted as Secretary General at the Helsinki International Ballet Competition. She has previously worked in multiple classical music and arts organizations.
Rantalaiho completed her Master of Arts in Musicology at the University of Jyväskylä (Finland) in 2011 and has also completed a Vocational Qualification in Business.
