Aino Koski

Aino Koski is a freelance scenographer and a visual artist based in Helsinki. Koski works with various dance groups and theaters, designing contemporary dance pieces, circus performances and theater plays. In the field of contemporary dance, Koski’s long-time collaborators are choreographers Sonya Lindfors, Annamari Keskinen and Valtteri Raekallio. In parallel with her work in performance, Koski develops her own visual art practice through murals, live concert paintings and mixed media drawings.
Koski graduated in 2012 from Aalto University with a Master of Arts in stage design. She was awarded the Säde Prize of set design in 2023.
