Mi-ea Kim

Mi-ea Kim is a long-time dancer at the National Dance Company of Korea. She has worked as Choreographer’s Assistant on Saarinen’s VORTEX since its creation in 2014. Kim has danced solo roles in NDCK’s works, such as VORTEX, Shiganè Naï (chor. Jose Montalvo) and Scent of Ink (chor. Sung-joo Yun). She has received awards for her work from the Korean Association of Dance Critics and the Seoul Dance Festival (2018).
