Anette Toiviainen
Dancer
Dance artist Anette Toiviainen has studied at Stockholm University of the Arts (DOCH) and at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (BA of Arts). She also took part in a diploma programme in the Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School.
In spring 2021, Toiviainen worked as an intern at Skånes Dansteater. From autumn 2021 onwards, she has worked as a freelance dancer both in Finland and abroad, e.g. in Thomas Bent’s creation Through the Wall. Toiviainen’s solo choreographies have been a part of the International Solo Dance-Theatre-Festival and Amos Rex’s Generation 2023 exhibition.
