Daniel Hershey

Daniel Hershey received his Master’s degree from New England Conservatory and has performed with Opera Boston, The Boston Camerata, Emmanuel Music, Handel + Haydn Society, New England Light Opera, Cambridge Opera, Brahms Society Orchestra, Masterworks Chorale, and others. He made his European debut with the Boston Camerata at Octobre en Normandie festival and has toured the globe in Borrowed Light since its inception. He has also been a workshop leader for Opera Boston’s “Opera Shop” program and an artist at the Brevard Music Center in Brevard, NC. Hershey is currently the Vice President of the Wilkinson Young Singer’s Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to helping young singers in Don Wilkinson’s name, himself a years-long performer with the Camerata and other Boston musical institutions. His discography includes Daniel Pinkham’s Garden Party, and the Camerata’s Treasures of Devotion and The Golden Harvest.
