Choreographer-dancer Tero Saarinen and composer-accordionist Kimmo Pohjonen join forces in a new creation titled Breath. The creation will receive its world premiere on 12 April, 2018 at Grand Théâtre de Québec followed by performances at Place des Arts in Montréal, Canada programmed by Danse Danse.

As these two internationally acclaimed artists take measure on each other on stage, live music, dance and visuals intertwine to create wild forms and mythical images – infused with Beckett-inspired existentialism and absurd humour. Bessie-award winning Mikki Kunttu is behind the lighting and set design, and the costumes are by fashion designer Teemu Muurimäki. The creative team also includes sound designer Tuomas Norvio and Rehearsing Director Henrikki Heikkilä.
