Riccardo Zandonà
Dancer
Riccardo Zandonà has studied dance in his home country Italy and at Rotterdam Dance Academy, graduating in 2012. He has danced with Scapino Ballet in the Netherlands and Tanz Theater Regensburg in Germany, as well as in projects with Connie Jassen Danst in Rotterdam and TOMT on tour in the Netherlands and Italy. Zandoná has performed in works by various prominent choreographers, such as Jiří Kylián, Marcos Morau, Marina Mascarell, Alexander Ekman and Tero Saarinen.
From 2015 onwards Zandonà has danced with Skånes Dansteater in Malmö, Sweden. In 2020 he danced in the cast of Tero Saarinen’s Transit, produced in collaboration by Tero Saarinen Company and Skånes Dansteater. In Johanna Nuutinen’s Hz (2022), Zandonà joins TSC for the first time as a visiting dancer.
